Wave Sports + Entertainment is seeking a Growth and Operations Associate to join the WSE Strategy and Operations Team. This individual would serve a critical role managing WSE’s advertising and sales campaigns across its short-form and long-form programming. This highly collaborative and detail-oriented person will also help develop strategies to optimize reporting and execution in close collaboration with the strategy and revenue operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceptional paid marketing and analytics experience and keen understanding of the social/digital media advertising landscape.

Responsibilities
- Oversee campaign delivery across multiple channels, including podcasts, social media, video, and dynamic ad insertion
- Manage post-sale operations, including campaign overviews and statement of work execution
- Provide comprehensive campaign reporting, insights and under-delivery concerns
- Collaborate with Finance team to support month-end billing processes
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across various social platforms
- Collaborate on audience development initiatives, including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
- Deliver regular performance reports and spend analysis
- Compile and present market insights to the sales team, including new social ad products
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide strategic recommendations
- Monitor industry trends and market activities
- Analyze campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to drive performance for internal and client-owned products
- Contribute to cross-functional growth strategy development
- Streamline operational processes to support growth initiatives
- Maintain a comprehensive campaign insights repository
- 2-3 years of experience in a growth agency or paid marketing position
- Proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager)
- Experience with podcast advertising, social media marketing, and video advertising
- Familiarity with Dynamic Ad Insertion technology and campaign management
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with campaign performance monitoring and optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- This role is a full-time position with a base salary range of $65,000 to $80,000/year, and may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity. Actual salary at the time of offer may vary based on multiple factors, including an individual's experience level and qualifications. We believe in investing the very best in our employees, so in addition to the base salary for this role, all eligible full-time employees at WSE receive:

- The worker may be exposed to variable lighting conditions (brightness or darkness) and noise during production when in the office
