JOB PURPOSE:
As a member of the Out-of-Home (OOH) team in the Ice Cream business, the Mobile Vending Channel Associate Manager plays a crucial role in expanding our reach across experiential channels—water parks, zoos, amusement parks, stadiums, special events, and ice cream trucks. This role is responsible for executing sales plans, managing trade investments, and maintaining customer communication to build and strengthen these channels, supporting our long-term growth ambition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Channel Development:
Develop and execute a growth strategy for targeted OOH channels, aligning with the company’s vision and sales goals. Identify new business opportunities to drive brand expansion across water parks, zoos, amusement parks, stadiums, special events, and ice cream trucks.
Execution of Sales Plans & Trade Investment Management:
Lead the implementation of sales plans, manage trade investments effectively, and ensure alignment with growth objectives. Oversee customer communication to maintain strong relationships and support channel expansion.
Collaboration with RBMs & Distributor Network:
Influence Regional Business Managers and the distributor network to support channel-specific initiatives. Provide strategic guidance to maximize brand visibility and distribution in each channel.
Key Account Negotiation & Relationship Building & JBP:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within assigned channel, leading negotiations to secure new partnerships and expand distribution. Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key accounts to align on mutual growth goals, establish shared objectives, and drive channel-specific performance.
Cross-functional Engagement:
Partner with CSP and Marketing teams to unlock customized POSM and share insights on portfolio needs. Facilitate collaboration to enhance customer engagement and support growth objectives.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years of relevant sales and distribution experience
Business development and account management experience required
Experience identifying and capturing new business opportunities, ideally in consumer products or out-of-home channels.
DSD experience highly preferred
Experience in experiential channels (e.g., water parks, amusement parks, stadiums) is a strong plus

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
