2. Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who is excited about our mission and eager to deliver impact while joining a dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to launch and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in healthtech product management. Your primary focus will be to enhance the user experience, drive new product innovations, and optimize conversion rates to maximize business impact.

You will report directly to the Senior Director of Product and Strategy, Livia Keseman, who has been with Twentyeight Health since 2020 as its employee #4

4. Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and new initiatives based on customer and business needs.
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, CX & Ops, and business development teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, data, and insights to drive product decisions and improvements.
  • Ensure an excellent user experience.
  • Drive business growth by identifying revenue opportunities and ensuring product-market fit.

5. Requirements

We are looking for exceptional candidates who have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.
  • Ability to define and execute product strategies that align with business goals.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for solving complex problems and making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to collect and interpret customer feedback, user testing, and analytics to improve the product experience.
  • Experience running A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product features.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus—familiarity with patient-centric products, or digital health platforms.
  • Experience with mobile apps is a plus, especially in mobile-first product development, app store optimization, and mobile UX.
