Product Marketing Manager

We are disrupting a $5B+ industry, previously controlled by legacy credit agencies, with a better product and intense customer focus. We handle hundreds of thousands of income and employment verifications every month, and continue to grow our market share in the mortgage lending and tenant screening markets.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team! You will primarily own our post-sales product story and drive continued value with our top strategic customers and partners. You are expected to craft precise positioning and turn it into clear and consistent messaging and programs that drive buy-in, adoption, retention, and advocacy.
This role will report to the Director of Product Marketing and work closely with Demand Marketing, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Customer Success, and Sales.
At Truework, you would be responsible for:
- Owning the scaled approach to post-sales value with our top customers and partners, with ongoing marketing and enablement programs that drive onboarding, adoption, and advocacy
- Owning scaled customer programs such as customer case studies, onboarding and upsell content and nurtures, and more
- Deeply understanding the customer, their needs, and various personas within organizations
- Developing and executing product positioning, messaging, and enablement for new and existing products, especially from the existing customer angle and for existing partners
- Creating collateral, including data sheets, case studies, whitepapers, and multimedia to enable customers and partners’ GTM teams
- Collaborating cross-functionally to lead product launches and project managing toward successful execution
- Collaborating with Product Management to influence product roadmap to align with market needs
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5+ years experience in Product Marketing or other related roles: Customer Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales Enablement
- Prior experience working at a tech startup supporting B2B sales and customer success teams
- A passionate product storyteller, able to create enthusiasm for what we’re building and high-quality enablement across the entire organization
- Experience doing discovery and customer interviews to uncover market insights
- Experience working with external partners and their GTM teams
- Experience developing go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging
- Self-starter who can lead projects independently

Cash Compensation:
Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $125,000 - $134,000 for candidates based at our HQ in San Francisco. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
