Responsibilities Drive the company’s IT Risk and Compliance projects/programs with cross-functional teams, including defining and managing project/program roadmaps and milestones, key performance metrics (KPIs) and success criteria, planning program launches, and reporting program status to relevant stakeholders, including executive leadership. Develop organization-wide privacy and data protection policies and processes, and work with cross-functional teams to develop tooling to support and increase the efficiency of processes. Coordinate and participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Data Subject Request orchestration tools to ensure compliance with privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA and LGPD. Influence and collaborate across organizations including engineering, product, security, legal, compliance, finance, and others to effectively build commitment with execution teams, negotiate competing requirements, ensure alignment and program progress, and improve processes. Communicate program plans, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Partner with leadership to identify and solve cross-functional challenges. Own the collaboration process and tools and find ways to improve process in a data-driven manner. Lead Agile/Scrum teams as a coach or scrum master. Ensure new products/platforms/features/applications release to the market smoothly.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Organizing and coordinating project and program efforts of cross-functional, geographically distributed teams in support of multiple ongoing risk and compliance projects and programs; Interfacing directly with team members, stakeholders, and organization leaders to communicate objectives, status, risk, and updates; Collecting and analyzing data to anticipate, identify, and evaluate business risks and to develop integrated controls; Consulting with team members and business stakeholders on risk-driven projects and program development strategy; and Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $148960 - $288800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
