The Collectibles operation team aims to deliver high-quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the daily category operation for the TikTok eCommerce Collectibles (Trading Cards, Sports Memorabilia and Entertainment) Business. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our commerce operations team in US, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together. Responsibilities: - Acquire and incubate collectibles brands, distributors, and merchants to support category growth. - Discover innovative collaborative models that work into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently. - Solve key challenges in business growth with strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Utilize data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities, and priorities solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 5 years of experience in a collectibles category, mixed experience in both platform and brand/merchant side is highly preferred - Strong connections with brands and distributors are preferred. - Strong knowledge of the merchant landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation. Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. - A good team player, a quick learner and open to changes. - Attention to detail, affinity with data, logic and strength in problem solving. - Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111467 - $192533 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
