Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 3 years managing or tech-leading a software engineering team. 5 years of large scale backend system development experience. Experience in leading a comprehensive engineering team including Backend, Frontend, Clientend engineers. Excellent sense of business and strong motivation to respond and improve the result of business goal. Strong technical learning and transfer ability. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Internet live-streaming apps, and e-commerce is preferred. - A strong sense of responsibility, good communication and teamwork skills are preferred. - Experience in e-commerce and retail related fields is preferred. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $280000 - $460000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
