The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Channel Partner Manager that can help support our growth in the Eastern
United States and Canada. As Channel Partner Manager, you are responsible for developing
business between Spot and channel partners throughout your territory. Your ability to drive action
with external parties and align efforts from departments across both organizations is critical to
your success in this role. The essential responsibilities of the CPM ; work directly with partners to
uncover sales opportunities, align partner reps with Spot sales reps, and facilitate a smooth
selling process through closure. You will demonstrate leadership and initiative, provide
mentorship and management oversight to the Spot sales team to help them drive their sales
strategy and goal attainment.
Qualifications
What You’ll Do:
● Generate growth through current and new partners
● Cultivate strong working relationships with our existing channel partners
● Identify, recruit and onboard new high-potential partners – VAR, MSP, SIs, Consultants
● Enable partners to understand and sell our solutions and products
● Articulate our customer and partner value proposition to a variety of personas and
stakeholders
● Support and execute channel-driven sales plans with partners’ systems engineers, and
reps
● Generate demand among prospects and customers in collaboration with our partners
● Deliver on revenue and new-logo pipeline targets while enhancing partner and customer
satisfaction and adoption
● Ensure accuracy of account planning and forecasting across partners, customers and
prospects
● Travel frequently within your area and to company-wide meetings
What We Need:
● We are looking for an experienced and credible C-suite advisor with strong
customer/partner relationship-building skills to sell and drive Spot messaging, opportunity
and ROI
● This is a remote role, but you must be located on the east coast
● Strong understanding of public cloud, consumption, and SaaS business models
● 3+ years experience growing sales through Channel relationships in a B2B software/SaaS
environment
● Experience enabling and aligning large channel partners through demand generation and
the sales cycle
● Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and revenue goals
● Demonstrated ability to provide impactful results through listening, building a 360 vision of
partners, developing and executing the relevant enablement, business and marketing
plans that drive successful results
● Strong understanding of software reseller business models
A minimum of 5 years of related experience. Degree Desired or an Equivalent amount of Related Exp is also applicable.

USA and Canada Residents Only:
The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $170k - $230k. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
