The role:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst to lead reporting and analytics across the Risk Infrastructure Portfolio. This role is critical in maintaining, enhancing, and innovating our reporting capabilities. The analyst will manage existing dashboards, ensure seamless integration and updates with Snowflake, and develop supporting materials to drive informed decision-making. By leveraging a mix of technical expertise, analytical insight, and collaboration, this position will directly contribute to the success and growth of our business operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Dashboard Management: Maintain and update existing dashboards to meet business needs and provide accurate, timely insights.
  • Data Integration: Manage and enhance data integration processes with Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
  • Analytics Development: Design, build, and deploy new analytical reports and dashboards to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across reporting platforms.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes.
  • Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation for reporting processes and tools. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of business intelligence solutions.
  • Scrum Participation: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies to prioritize and deliver on tasks efficiently.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of dashboards and reporting tools, implementing updates and optimizations as needed.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Develop ad-hoc reports and analytics to support immediate business needs and special projects.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
    • Proven experience with Snowflake and Tableau, including advanced dashboard development and data integration.
    • Experience working in Scrum or Agile environments.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation.
    • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis
    • Familiarity with AirTable and ETL tools and processes.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to analyze complex data sets and present clear, actionable insights.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
