The role:
SoFi is searching for a Stock Plan Administrator to support the day-to-day long-term incentive plan’s requirements in a fast-growing environment. This role will be a key contributor in supporting the daily operations of the Equity Team. The right person will thrive with the eagerness to learn, use innovative approaches to solving problems, be ready to accept new challenges and be willing to contribute to improving our end-to-end equity process.
What you’ll do:
- Reporting to the Manager, Global Equity, you will support the daily activities related to our global equity plan including any ad-hoc projects and tasks related to the Plan
- Assist in the management of our relationship with our vendor, Fidelity, including coordinating tasks to be performed by Fidelity throughout the equity administration process
- Support employees and business partners with equity-related requests and questions
- Collaborate in the development and execution of an employee education campaign for SoFi’s LTI programs
- Support the Manager, Global Equity with monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasting, and processing requirements associated with the Plan
- Assist with any system integration projects related to equity
- Produce analyses to support other business functions in management decision making
- Collaborate with Payroll and HR on system integrations and reconciliations between the Payroll and HRIS systems that support the Plan
- Assist with monthly/quarterly/year-end internal/external audit and compliance requests
- Assist with the month-end close process by assisting with reporting related inquiries from cross-functional partners
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree, ECA or CEP designation preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Public Company LTI/Equity Plan Administration, including Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP) strongly preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Experience with Fidelity NetBenefits SPS administration system preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and Google Suite experience preferred
- Experience working with a global population across multiple long-term incentive vehicles
- Ability to function in a highly collaborative environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate attention to detail, analytical abilities, and consistent follow-through, including project management skills and time management
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, tax, payroll, accounting, and finance
