The client services team supports the margin, collateral and cash management needs of the Prime Service and Clearing business line across all asset classes.
Working transversally with related operations and business line teams the team animates the delivery of efficient and professional margin and cash servicing to PSC clients, external partners and internal stakeholders.
The team is responsible for the following functions:
- Manage daily communication and resolution of client margin requirements across asset classes and currencies
- Capture and animate client internal and external payment operations
- Capture and animate updates and additions to client cash settlement instructions including call-back procedures
- Participate in margin related client onboarding and position transfer exercises
- Capture and animate client cash balance FX conversion requests
- Identify and resolve cash breaks
- Manage and execute account closure and offboarding requirements
- Manage, maintain and update client reporting
- Ensure SGAS complies with regulatory margin rules and industry standards
