About the role
The Regional Marketing Ops Lead will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining marketing processes and infrastructure to guide and support demand generation teams in the APAC region. This position involves close collaboration with various regional marketing teams, including Campaigns Marketing, Content Marketing, Event Marketing, and Partner Marketing, as well as the global marketing ops team and cross-functional teams such as Creative, Front End Developers, Localization, and external agencies, all of this in order to stay close to the core business and drive operational efficiencies and effectiveness throughout the regional Marketing efforts.
This role requires a hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking and execution, along with the ability to design and implement scalable processes to meet business requirements. Additionally, you'll provide ongoing support for ad-hoc campaigns based on the region's top priorities.

You will be working on things like:
Being a builder: you’ll be responsible for architecting how the APAC regional Marketing discipline works within the immediate regional and broader Marketing team.
Ensure the regional Marketing teams have access and knowledge of the tools and data they need to do their best work..
Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes, automating tasks, and optimizing resource allocation, that will serve the region when executing different types of campaigns, from a new case study tracker to complex global tier1 regional execution process of multi-language campaigns.
Own the performance pacing governance and updates within the team, ensuring accurate and insightful analysis to drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts effectively.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including FED, Marketing Automation, Localization, Marketing Tech-Ops, Partner and Field Marketing, Sales, and more to ensure seamless alignment and productive collaboration.
Develop regional marketing playbooks that outline the step-by-step process for executing each type of campaign from start to finish.
Consider regional nuances, foster interdepartmental cooperation, and demonstrate exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and peer relationship skills.
Oversee regional budget management, handle procurement processes and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Serve as the right hand of the Regional Marketing Director in different strategic campaigns or initiatives.
Qualifications:
7+ years of Marketing Operations experience
A can-do attitude - no task will be too small or big for you.
Self-motivated learner who proactively identifies gaps and takes initiative to bridge them without requiring explicit direction.
Thrives in chaos, adept at working within established processes yet not reliant on them. Possesses a clear vision of the destination and excels at pioneering the path towards it.

Experience with operational planning, shaping and managing planning exercises to drive clarity, accountability, and moving roadmaps forward across the team.
