In the role of Digital Transformation Manager you'll play a pivotal part on our Programs team. As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible and manage the implementation of digital roadmap within Safran Cabin Service plant (Garden Grove). He/ She is responsible for leading and overseeing the digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This role involves identifying opportunities for leveraging digital technologies to enhance business processes, improve customer experiences, user experience and drive innovation.
This position contributes to our vision by:
• Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources required for successful digital transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business units, departments, and external partners, to gather requirements, align expectations, and obtain support for digital projects.
• Project Execution: Lead the execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring that milestones are met, risks are managed, and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of digital technologies, processes, and systems across the organization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization, including employees, leaders, and managers, to build understanding, support, and commitment to the digital transformation initiatives. This involves effective communication, training, and addressing concerns and resistance.
• Training and Development: Identify the training needs of employees affected by the digital transformation and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs. This includes providing the necessary resources and support to help employees acquire the skills and knowledge required for the new digital tools and processes.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks

The expected salary range for this position is between $105,000 - $139,000 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Technology, etc)
Experience: 7-10 years' project management, data management, project analyst and supply chain
experience in aerospace, automotive or mechanical manufacturing environment with the ability to influence others.5+ years of meaningful analyst experience and some project management experience.
Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). Advanced Excel skills (ex: macros, arrays, pivot tables, logic statements, etc.) SQL, ERP (M3)
Preferred Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a Product Owner, Digital Transormation roles or similar role, preferably in ERP software.
•Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Familiarity with agile development methodologies and Change Management
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Other Criteria:
•Strong written and verbal business communications abilities, must be comfortable delivering information to all levels of the organization including senior leadership.
•Working knowledge of business finance skills and abilities
•Understanding of S&OP and inventory management
•Proven analytical experience and the ability to use data effectively to influence people within a cross functional team setting to achieve company goals
•Strong project management, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
•Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
•Problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate.
•Proficient working with MRP/ERP systems
