In the role of RMA Production Coordinator you'll play a pivotal part on our Production team.
Job Summary:
An RMA Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) process, which involves unpacking, receiving customer returns, inspecting products, writing them up in the system so that the evaluation gets done in a timely manner ensuring timely shipment back to the customer. Then essentially acting as a liaison between RMA Manager and CSRs in sales department to facilitate smooth returns and maintain positive customer relationships.

Other Skills:
• Knowledge of work order generation and stockroom kit pull operations
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts surrounding production planning, inventory control, purchasing, stockroom operations and shipping/receiving
• Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001:2008
• Ability to organize tasks and take initiative
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives
• Effective oral and written communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
• Problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate.
The expected salary range for this position is between $16.64/hr - $26.14/hr USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
Job Requirements
Summary of Duties:
• Processing incoming RMAs requests.
• Review and verifying return details.
• Inspecting returned products for damage or defects.
• Writing up RMAs in the system to put them on Non-Conformance Report.
• Mainting accurate records of RMA transactions in revlevant systems.
• Identifying and resolving issues related to returns.
• Collaborating with other departments like customer service, quality and warehouse teams.
• Keeps track, coordinates and expedites parts needed to have RMAs reworked.
• Transacts operations on MO'S and request parts needed from stockroom.
