Job Summary:
As a Sales Agent at Bamboo, we will give you an opportunity to earn substantial commission and bonuses by providing leads, great tools, access to markets countrywide, and ongoing sales and product training. In this role you will handle our high volume of inbound call and email leads, looking to make the most of every opportunity through cross-selling and upselling, including to any of our 15,000 clients who may call in for a remarket or new line of business. You can also earn per-sale bonuses for developing your own leads and leads sources.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Determine customer needs and recommend solutions
- Provide quotes, close sales, and achieve set quotas and targets
- Conduct insurance reviews to retain, cross-sell and upsell coverages / policies
- Maintain consistent knowledge of P&C products, underwriting guidelines, and pricing
- Keep abreast of industry, contract coverage and limits, processes, and procedures
- Establish and maintain relationships with lead source affiliates

Required Education and Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of insurance sales experience
- P&C insurance license required
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in a work-from-home environment
- Bachelor’s degree
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
