About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive and influence Podium’s overarching AI strategy, enabling teams across the company to leverage AI for transformative outcomes. The ideal candidate is a 0-1 visionary who is passionate about introducing AI to the world through new product offerings. This role requires close collaboration with departments across all levels of the company.
This position is based in Lehi, UT. We utilize a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In This Role, You Will:
- Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies by crafting the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution to advance AI employees for local businesses
- Convert user feedback into detailed product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications
- Use data to better understand user needs and guide future product development
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including teams in product design, engineering, customer success, sales, and partnerships
- Act like a founder, taking full ownership of the product end-to-end, including GTM strategy and ensuring the ongoing health of the product
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership, showcasing strong executive presence and the ability to influence strategic decisions
You Will Thrive In This Role If You:
- Have 6+ years of PM experience with a track record of leading ambitious 0-to-1 products
- Own problems end-to-end, and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to get the job done
- Have proven experience in a fast-paced technical environment, adept at working with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide projects through key milestones
- Are eager to take a hands-on approach and do whatever it takes to make the product and team successful, demonstrating conviction and perseverance
- Showcase strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills, along with proven communication abilities
- Have proven experience working in a fast-paced technical environment with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide the team through key milestones
- Thrive in a small, agile team: have initiative and desire for ownership
- Excitement for AI and an understanding of AI systems, including autonomous agents and their applications
- Obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
