ABOUT THE ROLE
In the beautiful region of Skåne (south of Sweden) one of the most iconic and world-wide known spirit brands is made – Absolut Vodka. It is in fact in the village of Åhus that Absolut, 100% Swedish Vodka, is distilled, blended, bottled and shipped globally to reach millions of consumers that appreciate its taste, quality and story.
Behind an important brand such as Absolut, there are committed, passionate, forward-looking teams of professionals and a strong Operations function that today is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to be a highly strategic co-pilot to the business and contribute to our ambitious journey.
This role is based in Åhus, and you will report to the Finance Director Operations.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
In this role you will drive operational performance and financial excellence across TAG operations (4 sites: 1 distillery, 2 productions sites and 1 warehouse) with a primary focus on Sweden. You will ensure that financial insights, robust performance management, and cost efficiency underpin decision-making. The position champions financial rigor, streamlines processes, and strengthens core manufacturing accounting practices, enabling the Operations Leadership Team to make informed and value-driven decisions.
In this role you will also
- Drive performance management and act as a trusted partner to the Production Director and Operations Leadership.
- Develop and implement action plans, leading operations finance planning across OPEX, CAPEX, and Cash.
- Coordinate and manage the rolling forecast process and month-end closing activities.
- Connect operational KPIs to financial outcomes, preparing action plans to address performance gaps.
- Ensure cost transparency, monitor manufacturing variances, and oversee inventory and cash development.
- Contribute to technological & digital transformation initiatives, including Power BI and ERP enhancements. Focus on driving efficiency, improving OEE, and enhancing production performance.
- Contribute to standard cost updates and assumptions preparation and contribute to the development of the three-year CAPEX plan.
- Subject matter expert on manufacturing accounting, ensuring compliance with accounting rules, systems, and processes.
- Embrace and develop The Absolut Group ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaborate with the finance team in Stockholm and serve as the local finance coordinator for production activities in Åhus.

Who we think will fit in this role:
- Master’s degree in finance or general management
- 5-10 years’ experience as Business partner in a manufacturing environment
- 3-5 years broad finance experience in finance, audit or accounting
- Having experience in collaborating with several stakeholders at all levels, on an international level would be appreciated
- You understand how important to work hand in hand with the business. You are a good business partner who listen before questioning and brings innovation and change with a humble approach
