Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sales cycle.

Work with team of Solution Managers, determining team priorities, deadlines, and tracking all active pre-sales activities.

As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles. Works with management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.

Other responsibilities include:

• Manage small group of Solution managers, distributing workload, defining team priorities, performing quality assurance on work products
• Work closely with sales team, understanding priorities, timelines, budgets, customer needs
• Work closely with teams across Oracle to understand all pieces of complex deals, particularly OCI and Applications
• Provide weekly tracking of sales opportunities, status, and next steps
• Provide inputs into risk assessments, design reviews, and executive reviews as needed

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $100,000 to $207,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 65/35.
