Job Description

As an Oracle Cloud ERP Sales & Operations and Demand Management Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations focused on Demand Management, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), along with O2C processes. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to optimize demand forecasting, order management, billing, collections, and fulfillment processes. Additionally, you will play a key role in practice development, mentoring consultants, and driving growth within the Oracle Cloud ERP practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementations for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Management, and O2C.

Experience in configuring and optimize Oracle Cloud modules such as:

  • Oracle Demand Management and Sales and Operation Cloud – Forecasting, statistical modeling, and demand planning.
  • Oracle Order Management Cloud – Order processing, fulfillment, and pricing strategies.
  • Design end-to-end integrations between Demand Planning, Sales and Supply Chain modules in Oracle Cloud.
  • Implement best practices in demand forecasting, order orchestration, and cash flow optimization.
  • Oversee end-to-end O2C processes in Oracle Cloud ERP, including order capture, pricing, billing, and collections.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce cycle times in order management, fulfillment, and collections.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted Oracle Cloud ERP advisor/implementor, providing expertise in Sales Operations, Demand Planning, and O2C.
  • Lead client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
  • Present Oracle Cloud ERP proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demonstrate system capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Align Oracle Cloud solutions with enterprise-wide business strategies and financial goals.

Practice Development & Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP for Demand Planning and O2C.
  • Develop Oracle Cloud implementation leading practices and accelerators as part of firm initiatives.
  • Support business development activities, including support to client partners for sales activities
  • Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud ERP product releases

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $116,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
