This position will work with and support State and Public Health clients and technology partners in understanding and documenting requirements and features for federal Medicaid reporting and strategy, specifically on CMS 64, 21, and 37 reporting to CMS. The associate in this role will possess expert knowledge of Federal Medicaid reporting and the application of federal reporting in a data warehouse. The ideal candidate would be highly competent communicating verbally and in writing as an Oracle federal reporting subject matter expert (SME), and possess expert knowledge of CMS requirements and schedules. The Sr. Principal Consultant will work with internal development, testing, documentation, and project management teams to ensure client requirements, timelines, and deliverables are met. In addition, with a high level of expertise, this role will contribute to the strategy and data design of an Oracle federal reporting data solution

Responsibilities
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
