Qualifications & Characteristics:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Technology, Business Management, etc.).
- Project Management or Account Management
- Basic understanding of Oracle’s latest product technologies, solutions, or services.
- Knowledge with Cloud technologies such as OCI, Azure, AWS etc. Cloud certifications highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Database and database methodologies such as Database management, Load Balancing, Performance Tuning, SQL analysis etc.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
- Familiarity with machine learning technologies
- Demonstrates good communication and project management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer focused environment.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate to resolve high level, very complex, or previously unknown issues requiring expert technical knowledge and business acumen.
- Work with experienced ASE and the customer to establish plans for integration of new software releases, database backups, and recovery strategies
- Research technical and industry related issues in Server Technology
- Perform root cause analysis of difficult database/applications problems and their solutions
- Assist to provide expert advice and guidance on Oracle Cloud solutions, best practices, and industry trends.
- Identify and communicate pertinent Oracle alerts
- Interface with Oracle development, Support, Consulting and on-site support
- Analyze trends of product usage by customer
- Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams, business development during Sales cycles to come up with optimal solutions for customer requirements.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $18.99 to $38.32 per hour; from: $39,500 to $79,700 per annum.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
