Job Description

Oracle is making large global investment to deliver the most open, secure, reliable, and ground-breaking Cloud platform to help its customers through their generational shift to the cloud.

We require a candidate with very strong verbal, analytics, documentation, presentation, and project management skills. An ideal Candidate should be comfortable working with technical and non-technical collaborators, enjoy working with data, must be a great teammate, willing to prioritize and able to deal with ambiguity effectively.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will have a direct impact on leading the day to day capacity management for the leading product of Oracle Database Public Cloud hardware. In this role, you will be working across many functional teams such as engineering, product management, finance, product marketing, and sales. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work directly with customers. This role provides thorough visibility on cloud adoption/transition to from on-premise to Oracle cloud and candidate will have the opportunity to help Oracle to improve and scale our cloud capacity management.

Must qualifications for this position:

• 6-7 years Enterprise Software / Cloud customer experience

• Experience in capacity management, supply-chain planning or similar

• Experience in writing SQL query and complex data processing/gathering/analysis

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to document requirements

• Strong Analytics and data analysis skills (Advanced Excel)

• Excellent project management skills

• Experience project managing functional/operational requirements through Product Engineering, Cloud Operations, Finance & Business Operations.

• Product/technical experience with Infrastructure, Cloud, Enterprise/B2B Businesses

• BS or equivalent experience in Data Analytics science / Engineering

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
