Job Description
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8+ years of software engineering or related experience.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an UI developer, someone with “UI in their bones”, with strong industry experience in building web applications, fluent in understanding the intricacies of building cutting edge UIs based on code which is well designed and structured, as well as maintainable and scalable. If you are great at problem solving and have natural deductive reasoning skills, you will find plenty of opportunity with us to apply them to high value features. This is a new development, providing an opportunity to shape and influence the product, UI's code base and UX. We are building intelligent, efficient and scalable cloud services that tackle the data challenge in innovative ways. We are looking for a Senior Member Technical Staff to join the team.
Required
- B.S/M.S in Computer Science or related field
- Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, RequireJS and HTML programming skills
- Strong Web UI development experience utilizing UI frameworks and toolkits
- Knowledge of Node JS, Yarn, Jest, Enzyme
- Develop automated functional/integration tests and related artifacts using common industry tools and technologies such as Selenium
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and ability/willingness to learn

US: Hiring Range: from $94,200 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
