Job Description
NetSuite GBU is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join the NetSuite GBU Customer Success Operations Team as a Manager of the ACS Predictive Analytics and Planning team. This team plays a critical role in providing support to our Executive Leadership team within Subscription & Support Services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing and developing a high-performing analytics team that supports executive leadership with data-driven insights, resource tracking and allocation, and business intelligence. The team serves as liaison between the Executive Leadership team, the Subscription and Support Services organization, Operations, and Finance, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication to ensure business and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role requires a strong focus on management, mentorship, process improvement, and strategic planning, while also being adept at collecting, analyzing, and displaying data. The manager will be accountable for the operational metrics and overall business results of the team, responsible for ensuring quality of work and organizational goal achievement. The manager will be required to effectively coordinate across all levels of the organization, as well as cross-functionally collaborate within the NSGBU. The manager is expected to maintain a collaborative and supportive environment that develops well-rounded team members to deliver high quality results and drive business excellence. This is a high visibility role within the NSGBU by providing an opportunity to influence strategic decisions and have a significant impact on organization’s success.

Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop a dedicated team of business analysts, providing support and guidance to ensure the delivery of accurate and insightful data analyses, visualizations, and resourcing
- Provide clear direction, guidance, and feedback to enhance the team’s performance and productivity
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to understand requirements, align the team’s efforts with the organization’s strategic objectives, and deliver actionable insights and reports
- Promote high standards of quality, accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all the reporting services through quality monitoring and governance
- Oversee the design and maintenance of meaningful KPIs and comprehensive reports, ensuring they accurately reflect the business’s performance and identify trends for strategic planning
- Manage and optimize the tools necessary for efficient and effective staffing and resource management
- Direct the analysis of complex data sets related to headcount, hiring, capacity, renewals, and other priority metrics, supporting the interpretation and presentation of the findings to leadership
- Support team members in project staffing, ensuring the use of established staffing tools/data such as the Staffing Architecture Matrix, forecast, utilization, and skill level
- Become intimately familiar with the reporting packages that pertain to the Executive Leaders’ organization and track metrics/identify data anomalies
- Provide effective situational leadership for operational issues and escalations
- Liaise/build relationships with and support collaboration between the Customer Success Operations Managers/teams, ACS and Support teams, other CS teams, Sales, and Finance to ensure all goals and objectives are met
- Be responsible for developing and supporting internal initiatives that drive improvements to team processes
PEOPLE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct the work efforts and results of a team of individual contributors
- Determine team goals and ensure they are met
- Develop individual contributors through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning
- Promote diversity within the organization and create a respectful work environment
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of Professional Services Consulting or Operations experience
- Experience in a managerial role required, 3-5 years of experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- Knowledge of NetSuite required
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst and/or Financial Analysis is a plus
- Ability to lead, engage, mobilize, and motivate teams to accomplish goals
- Must be a self-starter, highly analytical with sound decision making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is critical
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Effective time management and organizational skills required
- Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint required
- Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
- Advanced MS Office skills required (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook at a minimum)

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
Canada: Hiring Range from $58,100 to $126,000 CAD per annum
US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
