Digital Asset Management Librarian - Remote

As our Digital Asset Management Librarian, you'll be responsible for organizing, cataloging, and maintaining digital media assets. You'll ensure efficient retrieval and distribution of digital content, implement metadata standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective digital asset workflows.

- Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Metadata Management: Execute daily metadata responsibilities, including tagging, auditing of incoming assets, and ensuring quality assurance for asset promotion. Handle Metadata and Asset Browser Library (MABEL) auditing, providing Tier 1 support, and maintaining associate photos.
- Workflow Management: Fulfill daily Workfront requests, such as editing State Filing metadata, versioning assets, and expiring assets. Collaborate on Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Workfront cleanup for consistency. Partner with Senior Digital Asset Librarian to create comprehensive documentation for all user bases.
- Training and Analysis: Conduct simple user training, analyze common metadata mistakes, and address frequently asked questions to enhance templates and processes. Set performance objectives to create a consistent environment around MABEL's metadata for an intuitive search experience and improved compliance auditing.
- System Enhancement Advocacy: Stay updated on Tenovos system updates and enhancements, advocating for system efficiencies with a focus on customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Educational Background: Degree in Library Science - Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Previous experience in metadata management, asset promotion, and DAM systems.
- Skills: Proficient in metadata tagging, auditing, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Tenovos (MABEL) and Workfront is advantageous.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze common metadata mistakes, provide insights for updates, and advocate for system efficiencies.
- Training: Capability to conduct simple user training for MABEL users.
- Communication: Strong communication skills for documentation creation and collaboration with team members.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
- Knowledge of insurance products, the insurance industry, related legislation, and business operation procedures and practices.
