Lendio’s Director of Intelligent Lending Channel Partner Sales is responsible for accelerating growth of our Lender SaaS offering through partner distribution channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth with existing partners, cultivating new partners, supporting/ growing client relationships and driving opportunities to closure. Lendio is investing heavily in direct sales, product marketing and most importantly the Intelligent Lending platform itself in order to realize this exciting opportunity.

What you will own :

  • Drive growth through existing partners:

    • Evangelize Lendio offerings within partner accounts.

    • Identify and qualify leads through various channels.

    • Manage channel conflict risk through market/ account attack planning and active pipeline management

    • Present and demonstrate Intelligent Lending to potential customers.

    • Facilitate solution definition and design.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and target customers.

    • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while providing regular pipeline updates to Lendio team

    • Support final negotiation and deal closure (in concert with Lendio and partner teams).

    • Ensure successful handoff to implementation teams (including stakeholders in partner organization, customers and Lendio team members)

  • Selectively and strategically add additional partners:

    • Identify target partners

    • Determine market opportunity based on addressable market, product adjacency,

    • Define GTM motions (resell, OEM, referral, vendor integrations)

    • Negotiate and contract for new partners

    • Drive growth within signed partner accounts (see above)

  • Influences and support key stakeholders:

    • Marketing - supports creation and execution of campaigns, development of product marketing content, participation in conferences/ events, approaches of PR and social, etc

    • Direct Sales - provide pipeline updates, manage channels and potential channel conflicts between partners and direct sales motions

    • Product - competitiveness strategy, product roadmap (feature definition/ prioritization, competitive intelligence, etc)

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales and/or account management

  • Experience using CRM technology for relationship management, pipeline tracking and reporting

  • Experience in Fintech / BankTech

    • Preferably extensive experience in lending software

    • Demonstrated product and industry knowledge

  • Ability to work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Willingness to travel extensively
