About the Role
We are motivated by delivering material savings to our members and doing so with simple and intuitive user experiences. With our expansion to full-spectrum banking, we are now investing heavily in our mobile app as the key consumer touchpoint for our future business growth. As Sr Director, Product Management of Digital Experience, you will set the Product vision and goals for driving member engagement, and lead a team of experienced Product Managers to achieve it. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong partnership with the business, design, research and engineering teams.What You'll Do
- Develop, communicate, and champion a strategic vision, goals, and roadmap for digital experiences including mobile app, mobile web and desktop, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term organizational strategies
- Build and nurture strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and partner teams to drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration
- Know the metrics for which you, our team, and the company are responsible for; and strive towards meeting those metrics
- Incorporate data-driven insights from user research and advanced analytics to guide product direction and prioritize features that maximize impact and user value
- Manage and prioritize a dynamic and complex product backlog, ensuring the delivery of high-value features aligned with the company’s strategic goals
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitive analysis, emerging technologies, and best practices to inspire innovation and maintain a competitive advantage
- Mentor a team of product managers, and guide their objectives and priorities
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability
About You
- 12+ yrs of Product Management experience, with at least 6 years in leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study (MBA/MS or advanced degree preferred)
- An obsessive focus on the customer experience, and a passion for innovation in financial services
- Demonstrated success in shipping elegant customer-facing products, scaling user-centric platforms and achieving key business objectives within fintech, banking or debt management domains
- Proven track record of executing strategic objectives at the team level, managing shifting priorities, timelines, and resource constraints
- Strong ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate, and secure buy-in from senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Analytics mindset with experience using data for decision making
- Compelling communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of agile product development methodologies and tools
Work Location
San Francisco
We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 220,000-250,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are determined by role, experience level and location.
