The challenge

Events are a big part of how we connect with new audiences, generate leads, and boost brand awareness. Each event is a chance to make a real impact - whether it’s getting people excited about our brand or building relationships that support our long-term goals.
As our Events Manager, you’ll be in charge of planning and running our events calendar, helping to create memorable experiences that align with our business objectives and make a real difference in our growth journey.
Success in this role means:
Success =
What’s important to achieve that
You consistently meet or exceed MQL & SQO pipeline targets from events.
→ Plan and execute a calendar of hosted events that bring our prospects and customers together and open new opportunities → Identify and review available sponsorship opportunities and negotiate our participation.
You consistently meet or exceed closed-won revenue targets sourced from 35-50 events per year.
→ Plan a series of repeatable hosted virtual and in-person events that allow us to sell to our prospects and customers face-to-face (and where customers can share their stories) → Plan and project manage sponsored events, bringing in appropriate stakeholders, managing external suppliers and communicating with the wider Juro team. → Work with the wider marketing team to bring Juro’s brand to sponsored events; to position us against competitors and to create memorable moments.
You ensure high MQL > SQO conversion for event leads.
→ Work with marketing, business development, sales and customer success teams to bring prospects and customers to our events → Kick-off and oversee rigorous post-event follow-up to ensure that conversion is prioritised. → Work with business development and sales leadership, and with their teams directly, to enable them to achieve their event targets and create an incredible attendee experience
You deliver high BPI scoring events and maintain a high NPS average.
→ Implement a ‘win the event’ strategy and mindset in which business teams work together to make Juro events best-in-class for attendees and to maximise our chances of success → Partner with the marketing content team to ensure we delivery industry-leading thought leadership and product content at our events. → Partner with marketing design to ensure our events are branded and memorable as touchpoints in the prospect journey

Who we look for

Research shows that men apply to jobs if they meet ~60% of criteria, but women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups tend to apply only if they check all boxes. If you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still get in touch. We'd love to chat and see if you could be a great fit.
We look for people whose approach to work aligns with our Values & behavioursï»ż. For this role, we particularly value:
Team Collaboration: You love working in a team and collaborating with different departments to hit shared goals. Your communication and positive attitude help make our marketing efforts cohesive, creative, and successful. #StriveToDeliver
Project management: You know how to juggle multiple projects at once and keep everything running smoothly. You're great at prioritising tasks, delegating responsibilities, and making sure all the little details come together for events that impress and meet everyone’s expectations. #StriveToDeliver
Keen Eye for Design: You have a natural flair for design and get the importance of branding. You know how to put together events that look amazing and truly capture our brand’s vibe, making sure every detail feels cohesive and appealing to our audience. #LoveTheDetails
On top of that, you have been part of a journey where:
You’ve successfully managed a range of commercial events, setting clear goals and delivering results that make an impact.
You bring experience across all types of events, from hosted and sponsored to flagship, in-person, and virtual gatherings.
You know how to work hand-in-hand with marketing pros (content, design, and branding) to create standout events.
You’re comfortable teaming up with Biz Dev, Sales, and Customer Success to launch, promote, and follow up on events to maximize their impact and drive conversions.
You’ve thrived in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment and love the energy it brings.
You’re passionate about events and won’t settle for average—you’re driven to create memorable, high-quality experiences for every attendee.
This job likely isn’t for you if:
You prefer a steadier, settled company pace. We innovate fast and embrace both the excitement as well as the necessary uncertainty that comes with growth.
You operate best with a lot of guidance. While your manager will always be there to offer you support (e.g. with weekly 1:1s and clear performance exepctations), we expect someone in this role to demonstrate that they can execute autonomously fast.
You’re still building hands-on experience in the types of events we’re looking to run. For this next role, we must prioritise someone who’s able to jump in and make an impact without the need for a long ramping period.
You’re good with “just okay”. Despite striking a balance with moving quickly, our value of Love The Details means that we still aim for high quality with everything we deliver. We’re not aiming for perfect (that’s impossible) but we never mail it in.
You’ve not been involved in the commercial aspect of events before. We want our work to drive results, and in this role that goes beyond “is this event well-run” to “does it generate leads”.
The space we operate in (our market, buyers, or competitors doesn’t spark interest in you. Legal might seem dry to some people but we’re excited about our vision of becoming the default way to agree contracts.
