Reporting to our Director, Growth Marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager (Contract) will support Begin and its sub-brands across a range of growth marketing initiatives. This role will focus on driving performance through paid social campaigns, managing cross-channel promotional efforts, coordinating site updates, and optimizing conversion rate performance. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with experience across paid media, site updates, CRO testing, SEM, and affiliate channels, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will:
- Paid Media Management: Develop, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms to meet ROAS, CPA, and CTR goals. Collaborate with the creative team to produce innovative, thumb-stopping ad content based on campaign insights. Brief and manage user-generated content (UGC) campaigns with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Promotional Calendar & Site Updates: Work closely with the site team to plan and orchestrate promotional campaigns, aligning paid media, site updates, and cross-channel messaging for cohesive execution. Collaborate on homepage, landing page, and PDP updates to ensure a seamless user experience during key campaigns. Partner with the team to communicate promotional priorities, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & A/B Testing: Assist in developing and executing CRO initiatives to improve site performance, conversion rates, and user experience. Manage A/B tests, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations for site updates and creative optimizations.
- Affiliate Channel Management: Manage and grow the affiliate marketing channel, working with partners to optimize performance and ROI. Identify new affiliate opportunities and collaborate on creative/content to support channel success.
- SEM Agency Management: Oversee the SEM agency relationship, ensuring budgets, KPIs, and campaign strategy align with broader growth goals. Provide performance feedback, track results, and identify opportunities for scaling SEM campaigns.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance across paid social, SEM, site updates, and affiliates. Report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize growth initiatives.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on paid media, site optimization, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing paid social campaigns with strong ROI.
- Experience working on affiliate programs and managing agency relationships (e.g., SEM).
- Strong knowledge of CRO methodologies and A/B testing frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (site, creative, agencies).
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and timelines.
- Ability to work full time (40 hours / week)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with DTC brands in e-commerce.
- Familiarity with tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar A/B testing platforms.
- Background managing UGC content campaigns and influencer partnerships.

Salary MIN: $45/hr MAX: $65/hr . This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
