At Weave, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll shape the crucial first 90 days of each customer’s journey, crafting strategic email communications that inspire action and build loyalty. Your work will directly elevate customer experiences, strengthen internal alignment and protect revenue by driving product adoption.

  • This position is hybrid based out of our Lehi, UT HQ.

  • Reports to: Manager of Lifecycle Marketing

What You Will Own (Responsibilities)

  • Monitor, analyze and own key metrics related to driving increased adoption and decreased customer churn.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Customer Journey, Onboarding, Training, Support and other teams to conceptualize and implement automated email campaigns that elevate the customer experience.

  • Create and execute strategies for email campaigns that support partner marketing, live events and customer insights initiatives.

  • Manage the end-to-end email production process, including copywriting, editing, coordinating creative asset requests and reviewing HTML proofs and program execution.

  • Optimize email programs continuously, including A/B testing, to improve performance and ensure alignment with the latest branding standards.

  • Evaluate existing customer email journeys to identify gaps and recommend additional strategic touchpoints.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of email journeys to enhance internal visibility and foster alignment.

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job (minimum qualifications- education, experience, certifications, skills)

  • At least 1 year of experience in email marketing or a related role, ideally in the tech space.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, advertising, English or a related discipline.

  • Proven ability to craft concise, compelling, customer-focused email content that drives engagement and delivers measurable results.

  • Excellent communication skills, with expertise in collaborating effectively and building relationships across teams and stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail that’s second-to-none, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and consistency.

What Will Make Us Love You (preferred qualifications- including personality traits)

  • Experience with key tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Stensul, Asana and Lucid.

  • Deep-seated distaste for the Oxford Comma, rooted in a familiarity with AP Style ☺️
