Outbound Director of Sales

Our Sales Directors at Weave play a pivotal role in leading a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth and help cultivate and shape the future of Weave. This Director will manage a team of AEs working a full cycle outbound sales motion focused in Weave's core SMB verticals.
Reports to Sr. Director of Outbound Sales
This position will be in office at our Lehi HQ location
What You Will Own
Lead a team of Account Executives
Help implement processes and structures that maximize revenue per lead
Consistently coach and develop the Account Executives to reach and exceed goals
Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to optimize pipeline and sales
Use Salesforce.com to monitor sales funnels and projects give accurate projections
Effectively train and onboard new Account Executives
Establish methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services
Understand and internalize Weave's mission and vision and translate them into an AE strategy
Participate in regular company and office meetings to share Account Executive progress, identify blockers and drive resolution
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
3+ years experience in a sales leadership role within SaaS sales
Proven track record of success in building and optimizing sales systems
Passion for providing leadership & coaching
Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficient with Salesforce and Gong
What Will Make Us Love You
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
3+ Years SAAS sales manager experience or equivalent
