About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in supporting our go-to-market (GTM) team by developing strategies, processes, and tools to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
In this role, you’ll:
- Onboarding & Training:
- Design, implement, develop and deliver a robust onboarding program for new sales team members, ensuring they are quickly ramped up and equipped to succeed
- Continuously identify and address skill gaps by designing and delivering training programs for the GTM team
- Revenue Monitoring & Insights:
- Develop a set of key productivity metrics for measuring performance against these metrics. This will serve as the baseline for developing programs aimed at increasing the key metrics across the GTM organization
- Work with the Head of Sales and Finance/Revenue Operations team to build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for managers and sales
- Analyze revenue trends and pipeline performance to identify opportunities and challenges and activate solutions in partnership with leadership
- Sales Enablement across Go-to-Market roles:
- Develop and maintain tools, playbooks, and resources to improve sales efficiency and performance
- Drive adoption of sales technologies and ensure the team maximizes their value
- Help produce Sales Enablement content focused on unlocking Sales Productivity working together with Marketing and leadership
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to align GTM strategies with company goals
- Serve as the key liaison between sales and other teams to remove barriers and ensure smooth processes
- Working cross-functionally to help establish a common language around customers needs, business outcomes they are seeking and how Foursquare helps them achieve those goals in a superior way
- Align with the People team and develop curriculum accordingly to ensure a strong career ladder across GTM
- Big Picture Problem Solving:
- Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Sales, identifying challenges and opportunities within the go-to-market sales organization and proposing scalable solutions
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, and/or a related field
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is essential
- Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and media marketplace
- Proven track record of designing and implementing sales enablement strategies that drive measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement tools, and reporting software
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- A “builder” mindset, with a passion for creating systems and processes from the ground up
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
- Enterprise sales experience, a plus

At Foursquare, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry and market standards. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and specific office location.
The annual total cash compensation range is $110,000 - $135,000 however actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies, as well as location.
Salary is just one component of Foursquare’s total compensation package, which includes restricted stock units, multiple health insurance options, and a wide range of benefits!
