About the Role
The Senior Product Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic initiatives and operational excellence of the Product team. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and overseeing key product-related processes across the organization. This role demands a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle in a SaaS environment and the ability to manage complex projects and drive innovation.
This is a full time, hybrid position located in our Oakland, US office.

What You’ll Do
Product Operations:
  • Drive strategic initiatives, optimize product development processes, and ensure cross-functional alignment. Provide team enablement and maintain documentation to promote operational excellence.
Product Management Tooling & Automation:
  • Oversee and optimize product management tools to enhance team productivity. Implement automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Leverage Customer & Stakeholder Insights:
  • Gather and analyze feedback to inform product development and prioritize features. Ensure effective communication between product and field teams.
Skills We're Looking For
  • 5-7+ years of experience in product operations or a similar role.
  • Experience collaborating with product teams and executive leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to optimize processes through tooling and automation.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.

This range represents base salary only and does not include incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits, if applicable.

$152,228.21$190,285.26 USD
