Responsibilities
- Develop strategy, create & manage campaigns across all digital channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Connected TV, Email Marketing, SMS
- Work with Demand team to develop and deliver on budgetary forecasts and targets on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Manage and report on campaign spend, efficiency, quality and volume metrics
- Manage communications and relationships with SDR leaders to troubleshoot and optimize for sales funnel conversion rates
- Manage communications and relationships with lead generation channel vendors to stay up to date on latest tactics and best practices
- Assists in the execution of ad hoc email marketing campaigns for all stages of Filevine’s customer lifecycles
- Fill out landing page templates as needed for campaigns
- Builds out framework and execution for A/B testing
- Regular reporting on success of campaign KPIs that support broader company growth initiatives
Qualifications
- You are analytical and precise. You recognize that data-backed decisions applied with rigor and consistency leads to profound results
- You are strategically minded but practical in application.
- You thrive off of getting into the weeds in order to solve complex problems and are comfortable striking the balance between both approaches to do so
- You have technical chops; you know your stuff and own the results
- You aren’t afraid to get into the weeds
- You have a voracious appetite for business growth and you thrive in fast-paced environments
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity
- You are biased toward action; you take a lot of initiative but are continuously collaborative
- 3+ years of experience in a performance marketing role for B2B SaaS
- In-depth understanding of Google Ads, Gartner PPC and PPL, Google Analytics, SEMrush,Hubspot
- Strong track record of managing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives
