Job Responsibilities:
- Trade Show Management:Collaborate with copywriter to develop and distribute event-specific communication templates for pre- and post-event outreachAssist in preparing pre- and post-event attendee lists alongside operations team to enrichment, import, and contact
- Field Marketing EventsPartner with Account Executives (AEs) in specific territories to identify and curate invite listsOwn end-to-end event registration process for prospectsCoordinate customer registrations in collaboration with AEsManage registrations for key events including Reserve and City Summit
- LEX Event CoordinationWork closely with sales teams and Salesforce data to create targeted invite listsPrioritize and conduct outreach to high-value prospects and important customer segmentsActively manage high-importance customer list for LEX registration
- Tradeshow Responsibilities Generate, nurture, and qualify new business opportunities through strategic prospectingProvide pre-sales support in conjunction with Sales DirectorsEffectively demonstrate Filevine solutions to prospective clientsWork closely with Account Executives to drive opportunities through the sales cycleAccurately report sales activity and event outcomes through Salesforce CRM
Qualifications:

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team settingProficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
