Job Description

Are you passionate about precision, compliance, and helping deliver life-changing treatments? Join our team as a Pharmaceutical Materials Management Coordinator, where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will support our mission to improve patient lives. In this essential role, you’ll ensure the smooth and compliant flow of materials through our pharmaceutical warehouse and production environment—all while working with a dedicated, purpose-driven team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Material Handling & Storage
    • Log in materials upon receipt and perform physical inspections for damage.
    • Ensure cold chain compliance and store materials in appropriately labeled areas and suitable environments.
    • Package and track materials during shipment.
  • Inventory Management & Documentation
    • Maintain accurate paper and electronic inventory records.
    • Manage sample and returned drug inventories, and stage supplies for production.
    • Perform regular cycle counts and manage discard processes for expired materials in compliance with GDP.
  • Compliance & Quality Support
    • Ensure the warehouse remains in a GMP-compliant state.
    • Maintain and monitor warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning.
    • Contribute to the creation and revision of material specifications, SOPs, and work instructions.
    • Ensure area compliance with all safety, GMP, and operational procedures, escalating any issues as appropriate.
  • Team Collaboration & Flexibility
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless, compliant operations.
    • Provide emergency cold vault coverage and be available for overtime as required.

Working Conditions:

  • This position may require standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Associate’s degree + 3–5 years, or high school diploma + 5–7 years of warehouse experience.
  • GMP environment experience and ability to follow SOPs.

Preferred:

  • Technical writing and experience with deviations or change controls.
  • Familiarity with SAP and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multitask.
  • Quick to learn new processes and tech

Additional Information

What to Expect in the Hiring Process:

  • 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter
  • 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader

Additional Details:

The position is second shift, full-time Mon-Fri 3pm-1130pm with overtime as needed. Flexibility to work on 1st shift or split shifts (such as 8am-5pm or 12pm-8:30pm) is needed during training period. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
