The Crown Is Yours

As a Paralegal on our Legal Marketing team, you'll play a key role in enhancing efficiency and developing best-in-class processes at the crossroads of Legal, Marketing, Compliance, and Revenue Operations. In this role, you will oversee project management, create and maintain documentation, and develop a comprehensive knowledge management system. Your contributions will be essential in crafting marketing strategies that resonate with our audience while upholding our commitment to transparency and responsible gaming.

What you’ll do as a Paralegal

  • Develop and drive business processes to streamline legal approvals for marketing materials and various operational workflows including billing and invoice reconciliation.

  • Use a data-first approach to create, measure, and track key performance indicators to quantify and improve the team’s operational performance.

  • Manage the workflow of the team’s review process & backlog, ensuring efficiency, prioritization, and adherence to deadlines.

  • Design and implement knowledge management systems to ensure information on legal standards and marketing compliance is readily available to various stakeholders and up to date.

  • Organize and maintain an accurate database of approved materials, providing clear version control and audit trails.

  • Partner with the Compliance team to stay abreast of changes in marketing and gaming law and regulatory requirements, updating processes as needed to maintain compliance.

  • Coordinate and liaise with regulators regarding marketing materials.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in a paralegal or legal operations role.

  • Track record of a practical business and solution-oriented approach to fixing issues.

  • Strong organization skills and ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

  • Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal partners, excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and influencing skills, with a strong emphasis on articulating complex issues in a clear and actionable way.

  • Excellent attention to detail, good business judgment, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in a highly regulated industry is a plus.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 44.62 USD - 55.77 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
