This role will work on critical projects that span across multiple client groups and organizations with the end goal of providing an excellent employee experience. This opportunity reports into a Sr. Manager, People Business Partner.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with a team of People Business Partners (PBPs) supporting Technical Solutions, GTM Enablement & Strategy, and Channels & Alliances
- Work with the PBP team on a variety of our people practices, including compensation planning, performance management, talent management, organizational planning, and employee relations
- Build out and own people analytics metrics across the PBP team to support our data-driven approach to making decisions
- Support a variety of people projects, such as the refresh of career pathing, employee engagement survey efforts, or presentations to leadership reporting out on trends and/or recommendations for the team-at-hand
- Utilize knowledge of HR processes and practices to support employees across the employee lifecycle
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
Who You Are:
- Able to multitask and prioritize autonomously while supporting multiple teams, projects and PBPs
- Have an execution mindset focused on problem-solving and teamwork to drive ongoing improvements
- Think proactively about how to optimize PBP workload and put process improvements in place across all PBPs
- Builds positive relationships with stakeholders and acts with stakeholders in mind
- Experience with and exposure to multiple areas of HR including employee relations, investigations, talent management, policies and procedures, and more
- Strong analytical skills. High proficiency with Excel required. Experience with other data analytics tools such as Tableau or Metabase is a plus
- Experience using HRIS systems; Workday experience a major plus
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- Located in NYC
