Role Summary

This role is an important member of the client service team. The Project Manager is responsible for creating project timelines and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders. The project manager plays a key role in customer satisfaction and ensuring project are delivered according to the client’s needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and provide regular reports on project progress
  • Manage project resources and ensure they are allocated effectively
  • Conduct project meetings and facilitate discussions to drive project progress
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the desired quality standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery
  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure project success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
  • Jira and Smartsheet experience a must.
  • Understanding of data aggregation or data analysis is highly desirable
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Experience managing multiple external clients simultaneously.
  • Experience in excellent coordination and touchpoint amongst cross-team functions and dependencies is critical to the success in this role.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills including negotiation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead meetings and give presentations.
  • Some IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle.
  • Pharmaceutical industry knowledge highly desirable.
