POSITION: SVP of Product Management, Security
Coalition, Inc. seeks a SVP of Product Management, Security at its San Francisco, CA location.
DUTIES: Lead a cross-functional business unit focused on building the company’s security line of business. Develop a Technical Product Strategy and Roadmap to build a security product portfolio to achieve the company's overall goals and business objectives. Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketing, sales, and customer success. Manage a team of product managers while partnering with go-to-market teams. Review and analyze market trends, customer's technology and business needs, and business metrics. Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to develop product roadmaps that reflect business priorities. Develop and interpret the company’s organizational goals to coordinate product lines through the entire product life cycle including conception, research, design, and functional specification for both new release products as well as feature enhancement and upgrades to maturing product lines. May require to travel/telecommute.
REQUIREMENTS: Employer requires a Bachelor’s degree in Comp. Sci., Engin. (any), Business, Math, or related technical field plus 84 months experience in job offered, Sr. Director, Product Management, VP, Product Management, Director, Product Management, Product Manager, or computer-related occupation. Experience must include: 1) Product strategy and vision, 2) UX design, 3) Product roadmap and execution on cloud infrastructure, 4) Building and managing technical product management and design team, 5) Software and network security, 6) Data classification and encryption, 7) SaaS Management and Procurement, 8) Content Sharing and Collaboration, 9) Machine Learning and AI, and 10) Identity Management – Authentication, Authorization, and Provisioning.

SALARY: From $273,915 to $360,000 per year
