About us

Coalition is the world's first Active Insurance provider designed to help prevent digital risk before it strikes. Founded in 2017, Coalition combines broad insurance coverage with a digital risk assessment and continuous security monitoring to help organizations protect themselves in today’s hyper-connected world.

Opportunities to make an impact with bold thinking are real - and happening daily.

About the role

Coalition is frequently recognized for having a market-leading quoting experience. Brokers can create quotes in just four minutes. This speed, paired with Coalition’s unique security insights captured in the Coalition Risk Assessment that accompanies each quote, are the backbone of our broker experience. We have expanded this quoting experience to several international markets (UK, Australia, Germany) in the past few years and our global expansion is just getting started.
As the Product Lead for International, you’ll work cross-functionally to bring Coalition to additional international markets and expand in existing countries outside of North America. You’ll identify key problems to tackle, get feedback from brokers, prioritize features wåithin a roadmap, and work across the company to deliver innovative solutions. Your roadmap will consist of new market launches as well as features to help drive expansion in our existing international markets. A good product manager thinks creatively, empathizes with their customers, and deeply understands their domain. A great product manager continually creates business value, delights customers, and improves company infrastructure to unlock faster development.
We expect a balance of new country launches as well as constant incremental improvement with appetite for larger opportunities in existing international markets. When you find fundamental things that need attention, you’re willing to fix the root issue and invest in projects that benefit the company long term. You’ll manage your roadmap in a clear, consistent manner, and help everyone understand what success looks like.
Coalition's culture is one that strongly values humility, authenticity, and diversity. We want to work with people of different backgrounds and different paths in life, and we trust our team members to take responsibility, share ownership, and work for one another. Coalition operates in a regulated space (insurance), so in addition to efficiency and elegance, everything we do must be both secure and compliant, across multiple regulatory frameworks.
