About the Role
As Director, New Growth Verticals, you will be responsible for driving growth across a number of Capsule’s key healthcare ecosystem channels. You will be accountable for the end-to-end success of growth initiatives, from strategy and design to go-to-market messaging and product marketing through product and operational execution. Success will require the ability to work effectively cross-functionally, internally and externally, and across the full lifecycle of our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills, thrive as a self-starter in a dynamic and growing business, and have the ability to drive both high-level strategic discussions and complex project execution.
Quarterback the development and execution of key growth channels, with direct accountability for growth, profitability, and other key success metrics
Strategically evaluate and prioritize growth initiatives and potential partners
Think creatively to marry Capsule’s product and service capabilities with the demands of providers, practice leaders, and ecosystem partners
Uncover, analyze, and summarize data to drive both internal decision-making and processes, as well as external sales, conversion, and retention efforts
Build trusting and collaborative relationships with Capsule’s commercial (sales), product, insights, and executive leadership teams.
Requirements
5-8+ years of total experience in (i) start-up and high growth businesses and (ii) investment banking, private equity, or management consulting roles. MBA valued, but not required
Demonstrated success owning cross-functional initiatives from ideation through completion, driving consistent, measurable results
Adept at combining qualitative inputs, quantitative analysis, and earned domain knowledge to make effective decisions and execute sensible solutions
Experience balancing and managing trade-offs around external growth targets with internal capabilities and development resources
Intellectual curiosity and love of learning, with a strong desire to work in a demanding role within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
What We Offer
The starting anticipated base compensation for this position is between $180,000 and $200,000. Compensation packages include base pay, equity incentives, and benefits
