Location : Columbus, Ohio
We are seeking a Quality Analyst (QA) Lead with expertise in Guidewire's Standards Based Template (SBT) product. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SBT updates and be skilled in writing test scenarios. Additionally, the QA Lead will manage a team responsible for delivering end-to-end quality assurance for Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Commercial Property lines of business, including testing integrations.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the quality assurance efforts for Guidewire's SBT product across Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Commercial Property lines of business.
- Develop and write comprehensive test scenarios to ensure thorough testing of SBT updates.
- Manage and mentor a team of quality analysts, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee the end-to-end testing process, including integration testing, to ensure seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with development and business analyst teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Continuously monitor and improve QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular reviews of test results and provide actionable feedback to the team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst Lead, particularly with Guidewire's SBT product.
- Strong skills in writing and executing test scenarios.
- Experience in Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Commercial Property lines of business is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in relevant QA tools and methodologies
