We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP S4 Hana Service Management (SM) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and support of the Service Management (SM) module in SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the SAP solution aligns with business processes and enhances operational efficiency within the Service Management area.
You have a leading role in projects with strong client exposure. You are responsible for functional and technical guidance over the whole project or application lifecycle and you act as a client-facing lead developer. You drive sales opportunities within your area of responsibility. You know future developments in several applications and/or technologies and you are seen as subject matter expert within your unit and beyond.
Your Role
- Leads in the design, development, integration, implementation and support of SAP related solutions for our Client’s business applications as directed.
- Leads in the design, development, integration, implementation and support of SAP related solutions for our Client’s business applications as directed.
- Drives timely resolution of assigned issues through their entire life-cycle
- Fluent in SAP project methodology and helps to develop project plans accordingly.
- Experience in designing and configuring SAP SD module & Order to Cash (OTC) with end-to-end implementations in SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4 HANA.
- Coordination with offshore developers •Engage third party vendors in solutions as needed.
- Customer-centric mentality ensuring zero disruptions to business.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives – own and drive for the respective tracks including Capgemini Tools
- Expertise in ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow, SLA’s, Incident hygiene, problem management, change management, minor enhancement etc.
Your Skills and Experience
- 12+ years combined SAP SD experience with Bachelor’s Degree (or professional equivalence)
- Minimum 3 FLC experience with - Order to Cash (OTC) specifically
- Architecture Knowledge, Testing and Vendor Management.
- Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge & Technical Solution Design.
- Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- Excellent knowledge in related SAP areas with exposure to associated modules and interfaces with industry leading third-party applications.
- Excellent communication skills – effective verbal / email / incident updates
- Quality assurance including support of functional testing.
- Any SAP Certification/s a plus
