YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic Senior or Managing Consultant within frog’s CX Transformation team, which focuses on the Activation & Enablement of CX at scale. This role requires experience in Marketing, Sales, Service and Commerce in conjunction with Adobe platforms and with a proven ability to support the sales and delivery of innovative solutions in this space.

CX Platform Advisory:

· You will support the sales and lead delivery of go-to-market offerings for Advisory services around CX platforms that improve ROI and enable client marketing/sales/servicing strategies, whether focused on productivity, optimization, engagement, or otherwise.

· You are able to build a bridge between a future experience and the platforms needed to deliver these experiences.

· You understand CX, marketing and sales capabilities to support a client in transforming how they work and build CX capabilities of the future.

· You will help organizations unlock the potential of AI by defining pilots, scaling approaches, and embedding AI into their marketing & CX practices.

· You will advise tier-one organizations at the cutting edge of the industry, delivering and embedding CX platform capabilities alongside supporting processes, operating models, and governance frameworks.

· You will provide objective insights into the strengths and weaknesses of products, tools, and approaches to activate and enable CX strategies

· You will have experience in working with products across the Adobe experience cloud and with their emerging GenAI products

· You will ensure you and your team remain informed of best practices, emerging technology trends, and innovations in digital media, data integration, data platforms, marketing automation, digital asset management, content management, and social media.

· You may be working with clients from any industry (Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Media, Utilities, Public Sector, Financial Services, Automotive, etc).

CX Transformation Leadership & Participation:

· Demonstrate ability to deliver agency- and consulting-structured teams consisting of management consultants, experience designers, technology, data strategists, and implementation specialists to achieve program objectives

· Mentor and coach others to deliver quality results and promote others' professional development.

· Contribute to thought leadership around CX Transformation and Platform Advisory topics.

· Proactively participate in team recruitment, training and community-building

· Build a network within frog and the broader Capgemini group to champion CX Platform Advisory offerings and support account growth.

· Support client proposals and RFP responses from initial brief to final sales presentations.

· Nurture and expand existing account relationships

· Comfortable with up to 85% travel.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Minimum ((8 years’ experience GRADE D, 4 years GRADE C)) in an agency or consultancy environment
  • Deep and broad experience with CX Advisory and CX Platforms, with depth in Adobe product suite
  • Understand how to turn a set of business objectives, into capabilities and mapping those capabilities to technical solutions
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience relevant to CX advisory and platforms in an agency, design, and consulting settings, with significant depth in at least one of the following areas:
    • Broad full stack marketing technology providers such as Google, Adobe and Salesforce across any of their product suite – with depth in Adobe
    • Customer Data Platforms and marketing orchestration platforms such as Tealium, Aprimo, Twilio or ActionIQ
    • Content and product management systems web content management such as Workfront, Aha!, Jira, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful & Drupal
  • Demonstrated successful engagement into the delivery of digital projects and services to a variety of industry clients.
  • An appropriate BA or BS degree is required, an advanced degree such as an MBA from a top tier program is preferred.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $120,000 - $170,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
