At Realtor.com®, we have among the most comprehensive and accurate coverage of real estate listings and the most engaged users across all the online real estate portals. Our mission is to make buying, selling, renting, and living in homes easier and more rewarding for everyone.

Building your career? Build it better at Realtor.com®. Join us and help change the world of real estate, one home at a time.

We have an opportunity for an energetic and analytical Lead Product Manager to join our Product Management team within our RDC Next Organization. This Lead PM role will immediately take charge in expanding and developing a host of exciting initiatives within the ListHub product line, a leading platform for nationwide listing data syndication.

As a Lead PM, you will drive product planning and growth efforts with our business, finance, and technology teams. You will be expected to balance different viewpoints and manage the performance of our OKRs. You will need exceptional problem solving abilities to understand the situation, explore options/opportunities and articulate your recommendations and rationale. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. Through collaboration with other subject matter experts within the product and technology organizations, you will be responsible for both our existing ListHub product lines and shaping the future of our syndication business.

What you'll do:

  • Focus on driving outcomes not building features - we want you to think about solving problems holistically
  • Identify, develop, and present product-lead growth strategies and business cases
  • Continually curate and present roadmaps aligned to company objectives and key results
  • Drive and measure engagement and adoption with customers
  • Shape and present opportunities to the company, executive team, and partners
  • Leverage customer insights, market research, and analytics to identify opportunities and drive initiatives to support ListHub’s growth and brand objectives
  • Be an expert on the competition and continually help your cross-functional teams position and market against them
  • Work with customers to evangelize our platform, communicate our roadmap and ensure the customers requests are evaluated and prioritized appropriately
  • Work in tight, nimble partnership with your tech teammates, sharing the sweat and joy of building together
  • Be celebrated for working with openness, trust, being humble, and being all about helping your team do great work
  • Embrace ambiguity and help your team through it
  • Help embed a creative, goal-oriented and bold product culture, where we try new things and are curious and open-minded with how to reach each goal
  • Enjoy plenty of variety, no two days are the same!

What you'll bring:

  • 12+ years in a Product Management role within a software technology company
  • Prior experience managing data and platform centric engineering teams highly desired
  • Strategic thinking - understanding business objectives and converting them into clear product plans, following through with execution
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-driven narrative
  • Enjoy adapting to feedback from both customers and internal stakeholders, building stronger product capabilities as a result
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to bring many parties and perspectives together, forging a vision and driving towards common goals
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, sales, support, marketers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
  • Customer-centered style, with a strong sense of empathy and experience driving product direction and execution based on customer needs
  • Respectful approach to guide, encourage (and even inspire!) a cross-functional team, to allow each person to uniquely shine and contribute
  • Desire to be part of and help create a highly-inclusive culture where everyone can belong
  • Prior real-estate industry experience a huge plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
